Dedicated and multi mission platform to simulate radiation effects at different:
- scales from the DNA to the whole human body;
- times: from the very early physical interactions (less than some picoseconds), to the early biological damages (more than minutes).
The framework simulates a realistic space environment for satellites and space missions.
The platform will use the latest theoretical approaches for the simulation of physical and chemical interactions, using robust and efficient software.
